**Job Opening: Salesperson** We are looking for a Salesperson to join our commercial team and serve as the first point of contact between clients and Settee. We are a consultancy specialized in internationalization, focusing on tax residency, offshore structures, and tax planning. Our goal is to securely, efficiently, and purposefully structure our clients’ lives and businesses outside Brazil. You will handle approximately 50 leads per day (inbound) across various channels, including WhatsApp and phone calls, and be responsible for guiding clients from initial contact through to closing the sale of an initial consultation with our specialists—ensuring a professional, consultative, and humanized experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide customer service across multiple channels: WhatsApp, e\-mail, phone calls, Instagram, and other social media platforms * Qualify leads and understand individual needs * Present solutions and services in a consultative manner * Lead the sales process to closure * Conduct follow\-up and lead nurturing within the CRM * Collaborate with the operations and specialist teams * Maintain professional, clear, and brand-aligned communication * Represent Settee with excellence and commercial ethics * Update internal data and records throughout the sales process **Mandatory Requirements** * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in consultative and complex sales * Minimum 2 years of prior experience handling customer interactions via phone and messaging platforms * Minimum 2 years of prior experience using CRM systems and managing sales processes * Familiarity with sales techniques * Experience working remotely * Fluent English **Preferred Qualifications** * Third language proficiency * Experience in the financial sector * Experience with goal-setting and incentive systems * International experience * Bachelor’s degree * Experience with taxation, fiscal compliance, mobility, etc. **Candidate Profile We Seek** We are seeking someone with a natural sales instinct, a consultative mindset, the ability to quickly build trust, and genuine interest in professional growth.
