Send your resume to: **rh@centroeco.com.br or (51\) 98978\-0621** **Main Responsibilities:** \- Control documents such as procedures, work instructions, and forms, ensuring they remain updated per ISO 9001 requirements. \- Plan and conduct internal audits and monitor external ISO 9001 audits, recording non-conformities and proposing process improvements. \- Develop, monitor, and analyze indicator performance, suggesting corrective and/or preventive actions. \- Record internal non-conformities, investigate root causes, and propose action plans in coordination with relevant departments. \- Deliver quality training to employees to promote a quality culture. \- Participate in and/or lead continuous improvement projects, proposing process changes to enhance efficiency and quality. \- Monitor production processes and assess service conformity. \- Analyze customer complaints, propose solutions, and track the implementation and outcomes of corrective actions. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in administration or related field. Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
