We have an incredible opportunity for you here at **Arcor**, one of the largest food companies in Latin America! We are seeking a Quality Inspector to work at our **Contagem/MG** factory. Then this opportunity is for you — join us! **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Perform quality control of products during the production process; * Conduct analyses according to control plans, record all results in the SPAC system, and retain products when necessary; * Ensure proper operation of CCPs (e.g., metal detectors and weight check systems) by creating and using test samples (mock ups); * Monitor and ensure production lines are properly cleaned before starting or switching products; * Collaborate in complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations (e.g., use of PPE, pest control, glass policy, etc.); * Participate in internal quality audits (ISO 9001, GMP, SPAC, etc.) to help prevent failures and contamination. **What we expect from you:** * Critical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to food safety; * A collaborative attitude and strong sense of responsibility; * Knowledge of GMP, quality control, and food safety is a plus! * If you want to be part of a team that takes quality seriously and helps deliver perfect products to consumers, this is your chance! **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform in-process product quality control and support continuous improvement of the factory’s product quality process to ensure product quality and safety (non-contamination) of products released for commercialization. * Conduct analyses specified in in-process product control plans, applying appropriate methodologies, acceptance/rejection criteria, and related instructions, and perform product retentions when applicable — all to ensure expected product quality (compliance with specifications and legal requirements). Ensure correct recording of analytical results in the SPAC system; * Properly monitor CCPs (Critical Control Points) on production lines — such as metal detectors and weight check systems — by preparing and maintaining "mock ups" (test samples), following established CCP verification procedures, and taking prescribed corrective actions in case of failures, including communication to responsible departments — all to ensure CCP effectiveness and minimize contamination and other defects; * Support compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other food safety standards defined by the Quality department (e.g., use of PPE, pest control, glass policy, operational practices, etc.) through inspection and reorientation of employees to eliminate contamination risks in semi-finished and finished products; * Ensure line compliance with cleaning requirements by monitoring cleaning activities, performing final inspections before product changeovers or line startups, and taking corrective actions in case of failures — all to minimize contamination occurrences; * Support internal audit processes (ISO 9001, GMP, glass policy, SPAC, etc.) by participating as an auditor to prevent non-conformities, contamination, and other product defects. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Basic Microsoft Office skills. * Flexible availability to work various shifts. * Must reside in the Contagem \- MG region. **Additional information** * Meal Allowance * On-site meal * Medical Assistance (Unimed) * Dental Assistance * TotalPass (Gym membership) * Multi-benefit Card * Annual Bonus * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Chartered Transportation * Discounts on our products * With over 40 years of history creating magical moments across Brazil, **Arcor do Brasil** offers well-known consumer brands such as: Tortuguita, 7Belo, Triunfo biscuits, Aymoré, Danix, Butter Toffees candies, Poosh and Big Big chewing gums, among others.
