We are ready to tackle new challenges and grow even further. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * · Map and standardize Quality and cross-departmental processes * · Develop and update Quality Management System documents (procedures, instructions, and records) * · Monitor departmental KPIs, analyze deviations, and develop action plans * · Address non-conformities by ensuring root cause analysis and effective corrective actions, as well as tracking implementation of corrective actions * · Ensure smooth processing of Indemnity Agreements and Discount Terms, maintaining organization and adherence to deadlines; also initiate and track non-conformity processes related to these matters * · Conduct process inspections to support identification of risks and improvement opportunities * · Support internal audit execution or conduct audits, and assist in preparation for external audits (clients, suppliers, and certification bodies) * · Maintain Quality department licenses and regulatory requirements * Participate in dissemination of Quality processes, supporting training and guidance for teams. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Quality, Business Administration, or related fields * Prior experience in this role Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3\.500,00 \- R$3\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Selection question(s): * What is your expected salary?
