Protheus Support Analyst - N2 (Fiscal Squad) (Fiscal Module Maintenance)

Description

We are looking for a professional to perform system maintenance (Protheus), with focus on the fiscal module. If you have an analytical mindset, enjoy solving problems with strong communication skills, and possess ERP experience, this position is for you! \#Responsibilities * Handling and logging support tickets (N2/N3\) * Initial analysis and execution of runbooks * Escalation when required, plus direct communication with end users **\#Requirements** * Degree in Information Systems, Analysis and Development of Systems, Computer Science, or related fields (technical or undergraduate program in progress or completed)** * Knowledge of infrastructure (Windows/Linux) and ERP platforms (Webservice, REST/SOAP) * Practical ERP (Protheus) experience: master data, billing, fiscal, and financial modules * SQL: SELECT statements, filters, UPDATE commands, and queries for error analysis * Basic understanding of ITIL (a plus) and familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, GLPI, Jira, DeskManager) Essential skills: * Clear communication (critical success factor) * **Organization, discipline, and empathy** * Agility and resilience to work under pressure \#Advantages * **Protheus experience and system maintenance background** * Knowledge of GMUD, monitoring (Grafana), logs, integrations, and APIs Apply here: https://lnkd.in/dnFpAU2q Compensation: R$6\.518,00 \- R$12\.897,50 per month Benefits: * Health plans and commercial discounts * Life insurance Work location: Remote
