Description

We are looking for a **Product Owner** with a comprehensive profile and a 360° vision, capable of operating at the intersection of **product vision, agile facilitation, and stakeholder management**. In this role, you will not only oversee product strategy and backlog refinement but also assume the **Squad Lead** role—ensuring healthy delivery flow across the team, technical-functional alignment, and executive reporting to leadership and external clients/stakeholders. If you demonstrate strong ownership, assertive communication, and enjoy leading by example and collaboration, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Product \& Backlog Management:** * Map business needs, define product vision, and prioritize the backlog based on value and impact. * Write clear user stories, detailed acceptance criteria, and ensure definition of *Ready* (DoR) and *Done* (DoD). * **Internal Leadership \& Agility (Squad Lead):** * Monitor the development team’s day-to-day activities, ensuring consistent delivery pace and application of agile best practices (Scrum/Kanban). * Remove impediments and continuously optimize squad performance (tracking metrics such as *lead time*, *throughput*, and *predictability*). * Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment with strong internal alignment. * **External Interface \& Executive Reporting:** * Serve as the primary point of contact between the squad and external stakeholders/clients. * Build and present periodic executive reports and *status reports*, translating technical metrics and software deliveries into business value. * Manage expectations, scope negotiations, and strategic alignment. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Business and Product Vision:** Proven experience acting as a PO—defining roadmaps and prioritizing high-value initiatives. * **Practical Agility:** Proficiency in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and hands-on experience leading/facilitating squads (e.g., Squad Lead / Agile Coach roles). * **Metrics \& Reporting Management:** Ability to structure executive reports for senior leadership, translating team progress into clear data points and indicators. **Additional Information** ### **Expected Soft Skills (Behavioral Differentiators)** * **Strong Communication Skills:** Clarity when bridging the technical language of the team and the business language of executives. * **Ownership and Proactivity:** Initiative to identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and take personal responsibility. * **Holistic Perspective (Big-Picture Thinking):** Ability to look beyond individual tasks—understanding how the product impacts the broader customer context and business goals. * **Collaboration and Empathy:** Strong interpersonal skills to build bridges across departments and manage conflicts constructively. **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side-by-side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
