Senior Product Designer

Description

We are looking for a **senior product designer** to work on a telecommunications project, leading the end-to-end design front—from discovery to delivery—in close collaboration with product, engineering, and client teams. **Responsibilities and duties** **What you will be responsible for:** * Lead discoveries jointly with technical and product teams, transforming gathered insights into shared, usable artifacts. * Design user journeys and interfaces for a B2C product with multiple user profiles and complex business rules. * Organize and maintain the project’s knowledge base: technical mappings (endpoints, APIs, limitations), design definitions (components, states, behaviors, edge cases), and business context. * Translate technical requirements and constraints into design decisions, negotiating scope with engineering when the ideal solution does not fit the timeline or architecture. * Participate in client-facing communication: present proposals, justify decisions with rationale, and absorb changes without compromising product consistency. * Maintain design system and standard coherence, ensuring new journeys align with what is already in production. * Lead your own design front within an open-scope context—defining priorities and adapting plans as the project evolves. **Requirements and qualifications** **Essential:** * Practical experience in digital product design, spanning from discovery to delivery. * Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, including library creation and maintenance. * Ability to document decisions, business rules, and behaviors in a structured manner. * Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams, with understanding of technical constraints and integrations. * Experience working in agile teams delivering incrementally. * Clear communication across diverse stakeholders: clients, product, and technology teams. * Comfort presenting and justifying design decisions with rationale and evidence. **Desirable:** * Prior experience with large-scale products, preferably in telecom or utilities. * Experience in projects heavily dependent on third-party integrations and APIs. * Experience designing for products with multiple user profiles and complex business rules. * Familiarity with rapid prototyping and AI-powered tools applied to the design workflow. * Experience creating and maintaining design systems. **Additional information** **What it’s like to work at Bemobi Wave** ----------------------------------- At Bemobi Wave, you’ll find a dynamic, evolving environment where you can propose solutions, take ownership, and pioneer initiatives for the first time.
