We are hiring an experienced Process Engineer. Job Description: We seek a Process Engineer to work on developing, standardizing, and optimizing industrial and metallurgical production processes, ensuring higher operational efficiency, safety, quality, and cost reduction. This professional will take the lead in implementing process procedures and continuous improvements, and provide technical support to manufacturing areas including metal sheet cutting and bending, tube processing, manual and robotic welding, liquid painting, powder coating, assembly, maintenance, and quality. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze, develop, and optimize industrial processes to increase productivity and reduce waste. * Develop and review process flowcharts, work instructions, and operational procedures. * Implement and monitor process performance indicators (KPIs). * Apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PDCA, Kaizen). * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for new projects or improvements. * Support the introduction of new products or technologies into the production process. * Ensure compliance with technical, environmental, and safety standards. * Conduct technical training for operational teams. * Support the Maintenance and Quality teams in analyzing process failures and deviations. Requirements: Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in this role, preferably in highly complex industrial environments. * Knowledge of statistical analysis and process control tools. * Proficiency in Lean / Six Sigma methodologies is considered a plus. * Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and advanced Excel. * Knowledge of Power BI and AutoCAD is desirable. * English proficiency is a plus.
