**Position Summary** The Platform Change Management Analyst will be responsible for managing all aspects of the IT Governance process related to changes within a broad and complex SAP environment, comprising multiple layers and various products supporting the Oil & Gas business operations. Will work closely with global support teams, being responsible for prioritizing, assessing impact, approving or rejecting change requests, ensuring compliance with internal SAP governance processes and Management of Change (MoC) policies. **Key Responsibilities** Manage large-scale IT infrastructure deployments involving systems and technologies distributed across multiple sites, locations, and countries. Assist users in resolving questions and issues related to the Change Management process in IT environments. Identify, log, and report issues as well as improvement opportunities within the ticketing system modules under the Change Management team’s responsibility. Provide support to technical teams, system owners, and stakeholders regarding change processes. Coordinate and harmonize logistical changes in SAP systems and their associated components, including Network, Operating System, Database, and other related technologies. Develop and deliver governance metrics, indicators, and reports tailored to different audiences and organizational levels. Analyze and approve changes in accordance with best practices, established processes, and governance criteria. Ensure that change-related communications originating from the Service Infrastructure areas are appropriate, possess necessary approvals, and are easily understood by end users. Continuously identify and implement improvements to operational and support processes. **Requirements** Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and ITSM (IT Service Management). ITIL certification will be considered a plus. Knowledge of infrastructure services and corporate technologies, preferably in complex, large-scale enterprise environments. Experience in enterprise-level programs and operations. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with professionals from diverse functions, backgrounds, and hierarchical levels. Analytical capability to resolve problems related to processes, systems, and interpersonal matters. Proactive profile, with the ability to manage priorities, organize workload, and assume additional responsibilities when required. Ability to ensure regular, clear, and consistent communication within one’s area of responsibility. Skill in influencing outcomes through persuasion, consensus building, and solution negotiation. Ability to work effectively in global and multicultural teams. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple simultaneous demands, and handle shifting priorities. Experience with Agile methodology. Between 3 and 5 years of experience in IT Governance processes. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Fluent English
