Job Summary: The Senior Infrastructure Analyst ensures a simple, efficient, and frictionless technological experience for the team, supporting Zerezes’ growth with a focus on processes, access management, and security. We are seeking a **Senior Infrastructure Analyst**, whose mission is to ensure the team’s technological experience is simple, efficient, and frictionless—supporting both corporate teams and stores, sustaining Zerezes’ growth through a solid technology foundation, and applying greater rigor to processes, access management, and security. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Prepare and configure machines (laptops/desktops) for new employees; * Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring correct and secure access; * Register access to corporate systems and tools; * Provide technical support to the team (on-site and remote); * Support offices and stores with day-to-day technology needs; * Assist with basic network and internet maintenance; * Manage printers and peripherals; * Handle incident management (current GLPI system); * Control IT assets (equipment, inventory, etc.); * Monitor infrastructure using monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix or similar); * Perform periodic access audits to identify orphaned accounts or excessive privileges; * Propose and help structure access and security policies; * Document and maintain up-to-date area processes and procedures; * Identify recurring bottlenecks and propose improvements, standardizations, simple automations, and AI applications; * Perform diagnostics and basic maintenance on IT equipment (laptops, desktops, peripherals); * Procure new equipment and manage associated costs. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school — Bachelor’s degree preferred; * Certifications in the field (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, or similar); * Proven prior experience in technical support or infrastructure (minimum 2 years); * Proficiency in Windows/Mac operating systems; * Service desk tools (e.g., GLPI or similar); * Experience with remote support (e.g., TeamViewer); * Knowledge of best practices in access control and information security. **Soft Skills:** * Autonomy and proactivity to resolve bottlenecks without waiting for direction; * Clear communication with highly diverse user profiles (stores and office staff); Rigor and discipline in following processes, even under tight deadlines; * **Benefits** * Competitive **salary** aligned with market standards; * **Health insurance — Porto Seguro** — Fully covered (semi-private ward); * **Dental insurance — Porto Seguro** — Fully covered; * **Meal/food allowance** — BRL 880.00 per month via CAJU card; * **Transportation allowance** — Provided as needed, deposited onto the CAJU card with lawful payroll deductions; * **WellHub** (formerly GymPass); * **Psicologia Viva** (mental health benefit — 2 free sessions per month); * **Conexa Saúde** (discounts at pharmacies and for medical exams); * **Zerezes product discount program**; * **On Happy** (leisure travel discounts); * **Corporate recognition program**; * **Opportunities for professional growth and development.** * **Work model:** On-site * **Employment type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * **Location:** Ipanema Office / Distribution Center — Duque de Caxias — Rio de Janeiro ***All our job openings are inclusive of Persons with Disabilities (PCD) and all forms of diversity.*** Come discover why it even hurts to call us an optical store!
