Also involved in kitchen organization and adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Passion for pastry-making and willingness to learn; * Attention to detail and organization. * Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Prior experience in a kitchen or pastry environment is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing ingredients such as doughs, fillings, frostings, and creams according to established recipes. * Help assemble and decorate cakes, pies, sweets, and desserts following instructions from the head pastry chef. * Collaborate in producing various sweets, such as brigadeiros, chocolates, truffles, and others, adhering to the head pastry chef's guidelines. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, assisting with cleaning utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. * Assist in inventory control of pastry ingredients and supplies, helping conduct stock counts and replenish items as needed. * Strictly follow food hygiene and safety regulations throughout the entire production process. * Provide support to the head pastry chef by assisting with various tasks and ensuring efficient workflow in the kitchen. * Collaborate in fulfilling special customer orders, following the head pastry chef's guidance and ensuring product quality. * Seek to learn and develop skills in the field of pastry-making, following the head pastry chef's guidance and instructions.
