**Job Description:**

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare detailed technical and commercial budgets, covering direct and indirect costs, unit price composition, and proposal formulation according to customer requirements.
Read and interpret industrial projects, isometrics, layouts, and drawings to ensure accurate material and resource sizing.
Conduct technical and field surveys to collect necessary information for precise proposal preparation.
Maintain and update the cost database (materials, labor, equipment, and services), ensuring alignment with market indices and internal policies.
Support the definition of commercial strategies by participating in pricing, risk analysis, and project contribution margin assessment.
Analyze tender documents, contracts, and technical specifications to identify business opportunities and constraints.
Prepare descriptive memoranda, quantity spreadsheets, and price compositions in accordance with internal standards and regulations.
Conduct technical visits and client meetings to clarify doubts, adjust scope, and validate information.
Monitor on-site service and construction execution, validating budgeted versus actual costs and proposing improvements to budgeting processes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education: Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Piping Engineering, or related fields.
Desired Education: Postgraduate degree in Cost Management, Budgeting, and Planning.
Experience: Proven experience as a budget analyst in the industrial sector: boilerworks, piping, structural steel, installation, and maintenance.
KNOWLEDGE
Proficiency in cost composition and pricing.
Ability to read and interpret industrial projects (isometrics, layouts, drawings, and mechanical designs).
Skill in preparing spreadsheets, descriptive memoranda, and technical reports.
Knowledge of risk analysis, productivity, and project profitability.
Advanced Office suite (especially Excel).
AutoCAD or similar software for project reading.
Preferred: Budgeting software (e.g., Sienge or equivalents).
