Description:
Basic requirements:
* Completed technical education;
* Experience as Operator II or higher positions;
* Solid experience in liquid bulk operations, across railway and road transport modes;
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred qualifications:
* Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields;
* Experience with agile methodologies and projects;
* TWI (Training Within Industry) and Standardized Work training.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Creating, reviewing, and updating work instructions, ensuring alignment with operational procedures;
* Training and retraining employees on procedures and work instructions, including activities related to process incident occurrences;
* Monitoring the development of the operational team according to training matrices;
* Creating, reviewing, and updating the Product Technical Manual (PTM);
* Supporting innovation processes, new solutions, and technologies to improve operational processes, systems, and product quality;
* Acting as Dojo room custodian at terminals, and training the operational team on operational techniques and skills.
