Desirable: * Certification or diploma in Construction Foreman, Building Technician, or related field; * Completed technical education. * Analyze and plan, together with the site supervisor, project technical details and instructions for execution. * Guide and monitor adherence to the construction schedule. * Supervise and lead employees and third-party contractors (subcontractors). * Ensure proper execution of all construction-related services. * Be responsible for site organization and cleanliness. * Assign tasks and monitor their completion. * Control and prevent waste and material losses. * Ensure construction quality complies with company standards. * Advise on material consumption. * Perform duties while meeting cost, schedule, quality, environmental, organizational, and occupational safety requirements. * Actively participate in company quality, safety, and other programs. * Supervise and oversee training on Instruction Sheets (ISs) and maintain Service Verification Form (FV) records. * Monitor progress and execution of all services provided. * Provide prior guidance on execution of all services provided. * Ensure activities comply with design documents and ISs at required quality standards. * Propose solutions to problems and unforeseen issues on-site. * Ensure timely completion of all services provided. 2511070202301854379
