Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of masonry structures, construction of walls, partitions, floors, and foundations, ensuring integrity and functionality of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on masonry structures 2. Constructing foundations, walls, partitions, and laying floors/tiles 3. Preparing and transporting materials, controlling material usage, and cleaning the worksite Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the company's masonry structures to maintain them in optimal working condition, as well as constructing walls, partitions, floors, foundations, concrete bases for machine anchoring, sidewalks, and laying floors and tiles. * Daily inspection of the characteristics of the construction project to be repaired or built, reviewing drawings and specifications to guide selection of appropriate materials and optimal work execution methods. * Mixing cement, sand, water, and other materials in specified proportions to produce mortar used for masonry work, tile installation, and related tasks. * Constructing foundations using stones, bricks, or concrete to form bases for walls, fences, and similar structures. * Laying bricks, tiles, or stones following specified designs and shapes, bonding them with appropriate mortar to build walls, pillars, and other structural components. * Plastering constructed structures using lime-cement-sand and/or gravel mortar, adhering strictly to plumb and level requirements to prepare surfaces for subsequent finishing layers. * Installing tiles or similar materials using appropriate methods to finish floors and walls. * Intermittently applying skim coats, painting, texturing, or performing related tasks. * Preparing and transporting materials, tools, equipment, or any components, cleaning and organizing them according to instructions. * Performing corrective maintenance tasks for the company, sidewalks, and similar structures—including repairing walls and floors, replacing roof tiles, sanitary fixtures, pipes, and other components, and anchoring damaged bases to reconstruct such structures. * Erecting and dismantling wooden or metal scaffolding to support desired construction activities. * Monitoring material usage/consumption, documenting completed work and consumed materials, specifying and requesting required materials for maintenance tasks, and maintaining order and cleanliness at the worksite—including removal of waste, garbage, and discard materials. * Constructing concrete or other material bases based on specifications to facilitate installation of machinery, electrical utility poles, and other purposes. **Experience:** * 2 years * Experience with formwork, reinforcement, concrete, and painting. * Experience in constructing footings, walls, and fences. * Experience in repairs and maintenance of buildings, sidewalks, and other structures. * Experience in manufacturing precast elements. * Knowledge of industrial site construction and ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.
