Here, we value collaboration, people development, and operational excellence, offering an environment where your ideas and skills truly make a difference.### **What You Will Do** As a Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient material flow, inventory management, and achievement of performance indicators. Key Responsibilities:* Support leadership and coordination of daily logistics operations (receiving, warehousing, shipping, and transportation). * Plan and organize the daily activity schedule, focusing on monitoring and managing area KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity). * Contribute to achieving SQDIP goals (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity), fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment. * Work with support teams to resolve operational issues and clearly communicate deviations and risks. * Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, work instructions, Lean principles, and 5S practices. * Support continuous improvement initiatives using Fortive’s business system tools. * Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in receiving, warehousing, and shipping areas, and participate in Kamishibai audits. * Contribute to the technical development of teams in warehousing, transportation, and material handling. * Maintain active communication among warehouse, shipping, receiving, production cells, and headquarters peers. * Ensure smooth import operations, including purchase order placement, transit follow-up, customs clearance, and receipt, while keeping documentation and registrations (Single Foreign Trade Portal) up to date. * Support inventory level management in alignment with immediate supervision. * Act as an active listener, encouraging team feedback, identifying root causes of engagement issues, and proposing improvement actions. ### **What You Bring?** #### **Required Qualifications** * Relevant experience or exposure to logistics operations, warehousing, shipping, receiving, or transportation. * Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills. * Clear and collaborative verbal and written communication skills. * Analytical ability, decision-making capability, and problem-solving skills. * Familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs) and operational routines. * Experience with ERP systems and digital tools. * Attention to detail and ability to identify non-conformities. * Technical education or equivalent professional experience in the field. #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in Lean logistics environments. * Exposure to continuous improvement and Fortive’s business system tools. * Knowledge of end-to-end shipping and material handling operations. * Understanding of logistics performance metrics. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365\. * Basic to intermediate English proficiency. * Practical knowledge of Industrial / Scientific products and applications. ### **What You’ll Find Here?** * A collaborative, people-development-focused environment. * Opportunities for technical and professional growth in logistics and operations. * Exposure to structured processes, continuous improvement, and Lean practices. * Involvement in an operation with direct impact on business results. * A culture of feedback, safety, and operational excellence. \#LI\-NL1 \#LI\-ONSITE **Fortive Corporation Overview** Fortive's essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
