Teamwork and hotel environment Rio Hotel by Bourbon Campinas (RHVCP) is looking for a dedicated and gastronomy-passionate professional to fill the Kitchen Assistant position on our team. If you are proactive, work well in teams, and wish to grow in the gastronomy field, this position is for you! Responsibilities: * Support the Head Chef and other cooks in daily food preparation activities; * Perform food pre\-preparation, assisting with cleaning, cutting, and organizing ingredients; * Set up and dismantle service stations, following chefs' instructions; * Carry out cleaning and sanitization of utensils, equipment, and work areas, adhering to safety and hygiene standards; * Assist in inventory control, ensuring proper organization and timely restocking of supplies; * Comply with company policies and procedures to guarantee service quality and standards. Skills: * Prior experience as a Kitchen Assistant will be considered an advantage; * Basic knowledge of food pre\-preparation and preparation techniques; * Ability to follow instructions and guidance accurately and efficiently; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Agility and organizational skills in task execution; \- Availability to work on a rotating 6-day-on\/1-day-off schedule, including weekends and holidays \- from 3:00 PM to 11:10 PM\.
