If you are passionate about gastronomy, thrive under pressure, and wish to learn and grow within a fast-paced kitchen environment, this is the ideal opportunity for you! **Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation and plating according to the burger joint’s standards and recipes. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations. * Clean and maintain kitchen utensils and equipment. * Assist in receiving and storing ingredients and supplies. * Support chefs and other team members in performing various tasks. * Greet customers in a welcoming and courteous manner. * Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. * Provide menu information and recommendations based on customer preferences. * Keep the service area clean and organized. * Manage the cash register, record payments, and issue fiscal receipts. * Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously. * Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service and a positive customer experience. **Requirements:** * Prior kitchen experience—even in a similar role—is a plus but not mandatory. * Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and hygiene standards is desirable. * Ability to work well in a team and attentively follow instructions. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Strong communication skills—clear and friendly. * Ability to remain calm and perform effectively under pressure in busy situations. * Basic knowledge of cash handling and payment processing. * Residence near the workplace to facilitate punctuality and daily logistics. * Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Welcoming and collaborative work environment.
