Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for providing technical support to users and performing maintenance on technological infrastructure, including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting equipment and software.

User technical support and technological infrastructure maintenance.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Installation, configuration, and activation of new equipment and peripherals;
* Connectivity testing of the workstation within the domain;
* Installation, configuration, and activation of new basic software applications that cannot be automatically distributed to workstations;
* Relocation, physical repositioning, and reinstallation of equipment and/or associated peripherals;
* Replacement of consumables and general equipment maintenance (e.g., desktop computers, laser printers);
* Installation and configuration of software on end-user desktop computers;
* Creation and deployment of computer disk images;
* Activation, testing, and deactivation of network ports and general IT equipment;
* Execution and restoration of backups and routine periodic procedures;
* Development of configuration and operational instructions for equipment and software;
* Contacting users to obtain additional details regarding requests not fully clarified during the initial contact, in order to resolve the issue;
* Providing guidance and tips on using features and functionalities available in basic software, applications, information systems, and general equipment;
* Installation and configuration of printers via TCP/IP protocol;
* Clarifying doubts regarding configuration, installation, operation, and maintenance of computing equipment and components;
* Receiving solutions and closing incidents and requests in the Service Desk system;
* Performing other related tasks
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements – Academic Background, Courses, or Certifications:**
Currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology.
**Professional Experience:**
Technical experience with automation equipment, computer networks, and infrastructure is desirable; analytical profile to identify problems and find optimal solutions; strong communication skills, as constant interaction with clients is required.
