We consider every member of our team unique and special, which is why everyone is welcome—and we foster a safe environment where GoldenPeople can express themselves authentically. **Within the Commercial Team, your mission will be:** To identify, qualify, and develop commercial opportunities through inbound and outbound strategies—connecting potential customers with Themis and contributing to new business generation for the sales team. **Oh—one important detail about this role:** It’s fully **remote!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Now, take a look at the main responsibilities for this role:** * Respond promptly to inbound leads generated by marketing initiatives. * Execute active prospecting (outbound) via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp—following predefined cadences. * Research and map law firms and corporate legal departments aligned with Themis’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). * Identify prospects’ pain points, challenges, and operational context—with focus on understanding their current legal operations management landscape. * Perform initial opportunity qualification using criteria defined by the commercial team. * Schedule demonstration meetings for sales executives. * Log and update all interactions and information in the CRM—ensuring an organized and reliable sales pipeline. * Support the creation and hygiene of prospecting lists. * Monitor personal productivity and conversion metrics (e.g., contacts made, response rates, meetings scheduled). * Participate in training sessions on product knowledge, the legal market, and prospecting techniques. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To apply for this position, we expect you to have:** * Prior experience: Worked as a Pre-Sales professional (BDR or SDR) at a technology company (no minimum duration required), or hands-on experience with inbound or outbound pre-sales activities; * Knowledge of consultative sales techniques. * Experience with prospecting via LinkedIn, phone, or email. * Experience qualifying leads across multiple channels.
