Assisting in the development and installation of devices/equipment **Stanley Electric do Brasil** **Who We Are** Operating in the automotive equipment, components, and electronic applications sectors, Stanley Electric continuously contributes to building a more efficient daily life and a secure future through innovation in lighting technology. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to the Assembly Department by performing mechanical, electronic, and parameter adjustments on assembly machines, thermal/vibration welding equipment, adhesive/adhesive application systems, and any other tasks requiring Engineering Department support. Develop process documentation, including work instructions, device checklists, schedules, and any other documents involving the Engineering Department. Assist in preparing documents such as defect/failure action plans, capability studies, root cause analyses, and production problem resolutions. Maintain the department's management system through related documents and forms. Demonstrate analytical capability to solve problems, aiming to improve product quality, reduce line downtime, and enhance assembly line performance. Assist in the development, construction, and installation of devices/equipment for new projects and production lines. **Requirements:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. Availability to work on the 2nd or 3rd shift. Intermediate English proficiency. Prior experience in electrical installation/maintenance is desirable. Knowledge of PLC programming — LADDER language.
