Job Summary: Junior Assembler I responsible for assembling wire harnesses and electrical panels, quality control, organizing the work environment, and participating in continuous improvement of the production process. Participation in continuous improvement of the production process **Position: Junior Assembler I** **Responsibilities:** * Assembly of wire harnesses and electrical panels * Product quality control * Workplace organization and cleaning * Production records and time reporting * Participation in continuous improvement of the production process **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite * Manual assembly skills and ability to follow procedures and technical instructions * Full availability for shift work (morning, afternoon, and night shifts) * Easy access to the Tamboré neighborhood – Barueri/SP **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic electrical knowledge * Technical drawing interpretation * Familiarity with measuring instruments (caliper, multimeter, torque wrench, etc.) * Experience in electrical assembly, crimping, and stripping **Company Offers:** Salary $1\.963,50 \+ Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance \+ Meal Voucher $30.00 per day \+ Food Allowance $180 per month \+ Retention Bonus $110 \+ Dental Care \+ Profit Sharing (PLR) \+ Life Insurance \+ Funeral Assistance.
