**About the Program**
You will begin your professional journey in the production department, combining theoretical training (at a recognized training institution) with supervised practical experience at HTM, performing tasks of progressively increasing complexity while focusing on quality, safety, and organization.
**What You Will Learn and Do**
* Prepare for work: verify work orders/OPs, sort materials, and supply the production line to maintain workflow.
* Organize the area and implement 5S, operational procedures, quality standards, SST (Safety, Health, and Environment), and environmental regulations.
* Segregate defective parts for reuse or disposal according to Work Instructions (WI).
* Support assembly of accessories and intermediate products under supervision, including cartoning and labeling.
* Perform simple system entries (e.g., material consumption) and assist with other production administrative routines.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Enrollment/participation in an apprenticeship program.
* Basic knowledge of organization/5S, basic computer skills, and interest in industrial processes.
