Join the journey of one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Brazil! **\#JoinOmie** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and develop the Implementation team through mentoring, feedback, 1:1 meetings, and performance evaluations, focusing on improving team performance; * Design onboarding processes for new customers, emphasizing value delivery and guiding customers on optimal use of the solutions they purchased; * Promote onboarding processes focused on value delivery, enabling customers to achieve their goals and enjoy a positive experience using the product and purchased consulting services; * Ensure smooth handover between Sales and Customer Success teams; * Act as a mediator across teams (Customer Experience, Sales, Finance, Support) to resolve issues and align on necessary actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Teaching-oriented profile; * Excellent communication skills; * Experience leading high-performance teams; * Data-driven; * Knowledge of Customer Success and strong experience in Implementation Success; * Experience in SaaS; Prior experience with retail-focused products will be considered a differentiator. * **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Allowance: BRL 45.00 per business day.
