We operate nationwide and offer solutions that connect the entire citizen’s health care network through a flexible, portable, and secure software platform—enabling a more integrated and intelligent management approach. **Responsibilities and Duties** The Implementation Consultant leads client implementation projects, delivers in-person and remote training sessions for end users, configures the system according to the project scope, and engages clients in adopting our solutions. Their work emphasizes both relational and technical client management, representing the Celk brand. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Lead implementation processes by executing scheduled activities as per the project timeline; * Conduct interviews to map client business processes; * Prepare initial environment/system configurations and registrations based on the process mapping; * Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for new configurations before delivery to the client; * Record and organize artifacts required by the implementation process; * Conduct internal training sessions for teams on business rules and configurations applied in projects; * Monitor the go-live process on-site; * Conduct the "handover ceremony" to the Support team after the monitoring period; * Ensure documentation is properly recorded in the knowledge base; * Contribute to applying best practices and propose improvements to the implementation process; * Report strategic developments arising from clients to coordination; * Log incidents and escalate them to other teams; * Analyze and support incident resolution remotely or on-site; * Analyze and validate data migrations; * Conduct system demonstrations and proofs of concept for Celk systems; * Provide support for other activities within the Services area; * Document work outcomes and feed departmental performance indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Health-related fields or Information Systems; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Willingness and availability for travel (nationwide coverage); * Knowledge of health service management; * Experience in business process mapping; * Experience in system implementation (preferred); * Experience in the health sector (preferred); * Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and BPM (preferred). **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Medical insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Meal/food allowance Birthday day off Wellhub (formerly Gympass) Discount and benefit partnerships with various institutions (OnHappy, Guapeco, Sesc, ACATE, FIAP), among others. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week) Remote work: No fixed workplace; work will be conducted **on-site** at clients across different regions of Brazil. When not assigned to a client, work will be performed remotely (**home office**).
