### **About the position:** #### **What we expect from you?** * Develop high-quality digital experiences, transforming business and customer needs into scalable and efficient front-end solutions. #### **Responsibilities:** * Develop and evolve web and/or mobile interfaces using React.JS or React Native; * Participate in product discussions, contributing technical insights to build simple, scalable, and customer-centric solutions; * Support front-end architecture, development standards, and squad best practices through technical decision-making; * Collaborate with developers, designers, PMs, and other teams to build consistent, performant, and high-quality experiences; * Ensure delivery quality through development best practices, testing, code reviews, and continuous maintenance; * Contribute to the team’s technical growth by sharing knowledge and actively participating in engineering discussions. #### **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Minimum of 3 years of front-end experience; * Solid knowledge and experience with React Native or React.JS; * Strong understanding of componentization, state management, API consumption, and architectural best practices; * Experience building responsive, performant interfaces with a focus on user experience; * Knowledge of software quality best practices, testing, version control, and code review; Familiarity with writing technical documentation. **Desirable requirements:** * Experience with design systems; * Experience in startups; * Knowledge of accessibility, front-end performance, and usability best practices; * Experience with product metrics, experimentation, or retention and engagement journeys; * Experience working in business-impact-oriented squads. ### **Compensation and benefits at Pier** * Health and dental insurance; * Flexible benefit (Caju); * Pier Smartphone Insurance Premium Plan (if covered); * Total Pass; * Starbem: 5 consultations/month (therapy consultations, 1 nutrition consultation, and 2 consultations in other specialties) fully covered by Pier; * Extended maternity/paternity leave; * Childcare allowance.
