ELECTRONIC MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

Job Summary: Install, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on telecommunications systems, provide technical support, and program radio equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Assists in the installation and maintenance of telecommunications systems. 2. Performs repairs, technical support, and radio programming. 3. Contributes to quality assurance and continuous process improvement. · Assist in installing, testing, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on telecommunications systems; · Repair equipment and provide technical support to customers; · Program radios; · Conduct equipment tests before delivery and in front of the customer, providing necessary instructions for equipment operation; · Service third-party radio OM units within the stipulated timeframe; · Prepare maintenance proposals for both company-owned and third-party equipment; · Issue service reports and invoices for completed shipments; · Email maintenance proposals to customers for leased or owned equipment; · Support quality processes and workflow procedures. · Participate in continuous improvement programs to optimize maintenance processes. **BASIC REQUIREMENTS** · Currently pursuing a Technical Course in Electronics or related field **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS** · Knowledge of radio maintenance, ability to read and interpret electrical schematics · Familiarity with the 5S methodology · Understanding of wave principles Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.787,30 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
