The **Marketing** team needs someone—and we want you on board! **Your mission?** To create and adapt social media content and campaigns that strengthen the brand, increase community engagement, and deliver business results. More than executing assets, we seek someone who helps build narratives and creative formats that truly perform. **Your day-to-day at Skeelo will look like this:** * Create social media assets and campaigns, both organic and paid. * Adapt creatives for different formats, channels, and media tests. * Participate in building editorial calendars, campaigns, and brand narratives across social media. * Propose content ideas and formats that generate engagement and connection with the community. * Produce motion and short-video content, keeping up with trends and using AI to explore ideas and accelerate production. **To succeed, you’ll need:** * Experience designing for social media and digital campaigns. * Hands-on experience with high-performing formats such as Reels, carousels, and short videos. * Basic understanding of performance metrics and creative testing. * Knowledge of graphic design, visual identity, and basic/intermediate motion design. * Autonomy, proactivity, and a creative mindset focused on results. **It would be great if you also had:** * Experience developing content, editorial calendars, or social media strategies. * Familiarity with digital trends and community behavior. * Experience with AI tools applied to content creation and optimization. **And the benefits?
