We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and hands-on experience building Machine Learning and AI solutions for real-world problems. * This person will play a strategic role in advancing the company’s data-driven culture—turning data into intelligent decisions, automation, and AI-powered products. * As a Data Scientist, you’ll bridge business challenges with Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence capabilities—collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, Data, and Product teams. * Lead end-to-end Data Science and Machine Learning initiatives—from discovery and experimentation to production deployment and continuous monitoring; * Identify opportunities for AI and Analytics applications with impact on revenue, operational efficiency, customer experience, and risk mitigation; * Develop predictive models and intelligent systems for classification, recommendation, anomaly detection, prioritization, forecasting, and decision automation; * Support the evolution of the Machine Learning and AI architecture—ensuring scalability, governance, observability, and reliability; * Collaborate with Analytics and Engineering teams to build data pipelines, features, models, and production integrations; * Conduct experiments, spikes, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate hypotheses and evaluate new AI technologies and approaches; * Serve as a technical reference in ML Engineering, model evaluation, experiment tracking, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement; * Promote a data- and AI-driven decision-making culture across the company; * Support Generative AI initiatives—including internal copilots, intelligent automation, and LLM-based applications; * Participate in defining best practices for Data Science, MLOps, and model governance; * Translate complex business problems into actionable analytical solutions; * Encourage technical documentation and knowledge sharing across teams. **What you need to join our team** * Solid experience in Data Science and Machine Learning applied to business problems; * Experience building and deploying models into production; * Strong knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, and experimentation; * Experience with classification, regression, recommendation, forecasting, and anomaly detection models; * Knowledge of feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance/drift monitoring; * Proficiency in Python for ML solution development and data analysis; * Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar; * Knowledge of MLOps—including model and data versioning, training/inference pipelines, CI/CD, and observability; * Experience handling large-scale data and distributed environments; * Proficiency in SQL and analytical data modeling; * Familiarity with cloud environments and AI/ML ecosystems (AWS, GCP, or Azure); * Experience or familiarity with applications involving LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI; * Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments with strong ownership; * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business teams. **Nice-to-have** ----------------------- * Experience in fintechs, payments, foreign exchange, or financial products; * Knowledge of Generative AI architectures and applications involving agents/copilots; * Experience with vector databases and graph databases; * Experience structuring internal ML/AI platforms; * Knowledge of modern Analytics Engineering practices. **What we offer** * **CLT employment contract –** All statutory rights guaranteed. * **Performance bonus –** Bonus tied to achievement of organizational goals. * **Health and dental insurance –** Coverage for you and your dependents via SulAmérica. * **Flexible VR and VA –** Credits on Caju to use however you wish. * **Home office allowance –** Support for expenses and equipment. * **Life insurance –** Protection and security for you. * **Childcare allowance –** Support for parents. * **Dependent care allowance for individuals with special needs –** Dedicated financial support. * **Extended leave policies –** Expanded maternity and paternity leave to enjoy this special moment. * **Remessa Online discounts –** Live without borders! * **Well-being and health –** Online consultations with psychologists and nutritionists via Conexa Saúde and Psicologia Viva. * **Wellhub –** Access to gyms and services including mindfulness, nutrition, and therapy. * **Employee Assistance Program (EAP) –** Specialized support whenever needed. * **Birthday Day Off –** Your special day deserves time off! * **Development cycle and training programs –** Challenges, upskilling, and 360° evaluations to accelerate your career! **Work mode** **Remote**: Work from anywhere!
