We also have positions available for people with disabilities. **Responsibilities and duties** * Responsible for scheduling CRM campaign deliveries through the Dito platform across various communication channels, such as email, SMS, WhatsApp, mobile push, and browser push; * Create audiences and segments based on criteria such as purchase history, preferences, behavior, demographics, and other relevant factors; * Operationalize execution of the CRM team’s scheduled campaign calendar for La Moda’s three brands: Lança Perfume, Lança Perfume Easy, and My Favorite Things; * Conduct campaign briefings for CRM channels with the brands; * Support implementation and improvements of CRM workflows and automations; * Collaborate with the CRM team and partner area teams, such as Marketing, Ecomm, Retail, Loyalty, Media, and related functions; * Assist with operational requests from the department. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Strong organizational skills, agility, and attention to detail; * Experience in fashion retail and with CRM tools (e.g., Dito, SFMC, Responsys, OTO CRM, CRM Bônus, etc.) is a plus. **Additional information** **Benefits:** Dental Plan (after probation); Health Insurance (after probation); Free Transportation; On-site Restaurant; Performance-Based Bonus (PPR); Discounts on Brands; Childcare Assistance; Scholarship Program; Employee Referral Program. **Perks:** On-site Cafeteria Exclusive internal stores for employees; Good Card Plus Card; On-site Banking Service; Partnerships with Educational Institutions, Gyms, and Food Services; **OUR STORY** La Moda Group is a vibrant organization that creates brands born with high desirability and sales success.
