Opportunities for training and career growth **FULL-TIME POSITION** **MONDAY TO SATURDAY** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 1-hour break 8 hours per day KITCHEN ASSISTANT **BACACHERI NEIGHBORHOOD** **EASY ACCESS TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD REQUIRED** **R$ 2284.00 monthly, including transportation allowance and meal benefit** Job Description: We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations, prepare ingredients, and maintain an organized workstation. In this role, you will help keep the kitchen running efficiently by following recipes and food safety regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Wash, chop, slice, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and chef's instructions.** * **Measure, portion, and label ingredients to ensure consistency and minimize waste.** * **Keep the preparation area clean and organized, including proper food storage.** * **Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed.** * **Always follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.** * **Support the kitchen team during service and assist with cleanup at the end of the shift.** Qualifications: * Prior kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred but not required. * Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 18 kg (40 lbs). * Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
