Continuous Improvement Analyst

Description

1\. Lead continuous improvement projects and structured problem-solving for medium- and high-complexity issues, applying Lean and WCM tools. 2\. Map, analyze, and optimize production and administrative processes (VSM, flowcharts, time and motion studies). 3\. Develop, implement, and maintain operational standards, work instructions, and best practices. 4\. Serve as the technical reference for Lean Manufacturing, WCM, and problem-solving methodologies, promoting a continuous improvement culture across the organization. 5\. Conduct loss analyses (cost deployment, loss analysis) and prioritize actions based on data and impact on operational performance. 6\. Implement and sustain methodologies and tools such as Kaizen, 5S, SMED, TPM, Kanban, Poka\-Yoke, Heijunka, Jidoka, Standardized Work, and Statistical Process Control (SPC). 7\. Monitor, analyze, and act upon operational KPIs (OEE, productivity, lead time, cost, quality), leading corrective and preventive action plans. 8\. Train and develop operational and technical teams through training sessions, workshops, Kaizen events, and mentoring. 9\. Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments. 10\. Identify opportunities for process automation, digitalization, and innovation. 11\. Ensure implemented improvements are standardized, sustainable, and aligned with business strategy. 12\. Perform time studies and maintain the database of already time-studied parts to support productive capacity calculations and line balancing.
