We also transform how our clients leverage technology to visualize and execute processes across the entire value chain. We collaborate with Process, Architecture, SAP, and various other technology teams, delivering scalable outcomes. **As a Process Mining Consultant, your responsibilities will include:** * Connecting source systems to Celonis via connectors and APIs * Building the full data model structure, dashboards, KPIs, and automations * Translating clients’ strategic objectives into use cases using Process Mining * Developing business cases and ROI calculations, leveraging benchmarks and best practices aligned with the analyzed process * Executing improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives * Creating and refining process dashboard analyses for different user groups * Successfully delivering projects to clients **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in Data Engineering, data pipeline creation, APIs, and ETLs * Experience in SQL, data modeling, data extraction, and data visualization * Experience with Celonis * Experience with PQL * Analytical skills, especially applying technology solutions to core business problems * Knowledge of requirements and business/process needs elicitation * **Business Process Knowledge**, and ability to map, analyze, and optimize workflows * Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret process-related data * Familiarity with tools such as BPM and continuous improvement tools * Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders * Capability to facilitate process-related workshops and meetings * **Celonis certifications** are a plus. **Additional Information** * Competitive compensation based on experience; * Additional benefits including medical and dental insurance, and meal vouchers; * Opportunities for career growth and participation in strategic projects; * A dynamic and challenging work environment; * Opportunity to work with one of the leading companies in the market, currently expanding rapidly.
