




Job Summary: Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of training programs, knowledge management projects, and learning path definition. Key Highlights: 1. Report preparation and indicator analysis \*Responsible for developing and implementing area-specific training, onboarding of new employees, technical and educational training, refresher courses, and training vendor development. \*Development of knowledge management projects. \*Development of training content. \*Definition of learning paths for various internal audiences. \*Preparation of reports for monitoring and presentation to managers and executive leadership. \*Management and analysis of performance indicators, among other responsibilities.
