Job Summary:
Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing materials; managing inventory; requesting replenishments; and assisting with procurement and maintenance activities.

Receive materials delivered by suppliers, cross-checking invoices against purchase orders, verifying quantities, quality, and specifications.
**Responsibilities:**
Assist in controlling material inventory by recording quantities moved, current balances, and restocking levels, as well as picking and distributing requested materials according to specifications stated in requisitions.
Organize material storage to preserve physical integrity and usability, based on each material’s characteristics, while facilitating location and handling.
Maintain inventory records through appropriate documentation, logging all receipts and issuances to support timely replenishment.
Request material replenishment as needed, in accordance with minimum stock requirements.
Respond promptly to user requests by providing required materials and parts within established timeframes.
Monitor inventory items and request purchases of necessary materials for replenishment.
Assist with procurement: compounded medications, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and uniforms.
Assist with monthly and daily pest control and rodent control procedures for the institution, as well as vehicle and property insurance management.
Restock merchandise and materials on warehouse shelves.
Perform all other duties directly related to this position or that may arise during service delivery.
**Requirements:**
\- Education: Completed High School and Warehouse Management Course
