The professional will be responsible for assisting in the assembly, organization, and preparation of parts, ensuring quality and productivity in the process. **Responsibilities** * Assist in assembling structures, equipment, or components according to technical instructions; * Sort, organize, and prepare materials and tools for the assembly process; * Perform support tasks for assemblers, following instructions and quality standards; * Assist in basic interpretation of technical drawings (if applicable); * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Comply with safety regulations and company internal procedures. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in assembly, production, metalworking, metallurgy, or related fields is preferred; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Commitment to safety and quality; * Valid driver's license (CNH); * Willingness to travel; * Availability for overtime when necessary. **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of hand and power tools; * Familiarity with reading technical drawings; * Experience in the metal industry will be highly valued. Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.200,00 per month
