Job Summary: A welding professional responsible for preparing, welding, and finishing parts, ensuring safety and quality throughout all process stages. Key Highlights: 1. Proven welding experience 2. Maintain safety and quality standards Welder Preparation: Clean, bevel, and position parts to be welded; select consumables; adjust torches and welding machines. Welding: Perform welding in various positions (flat, vertical, horizontal, overhead); control speed, temperature, and current (TIG / electrode). Finishing: Remove excess material, wire-brush, chisel, and grind finished welds. Safety and Quality: Identify welds with stamp markings, inspect quality, use PPE, and maintain an organized work area. Proven experience and relevant training courses required. Occasional travel availability required.
