Job Summary: A professional responsible for welding metal parts, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring finishing quality, with emphasis on manual dexterity and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Finishing and measuring welded parts **RESPONSIBILITIES** Receive technical drawings, work orders, and parts to be welded. Read and interpret drawings to identify required programming and welds, ensuring welded parts comply with specifications. Prepare parts by chamfering, cleaning, and correctly positioning them to achieve perfect welds; select appropriate materials by consulting drawings, specifications, and other instructions to ensure welding safety; perform welding using soft solder, hard solder, oxy-gas welding, or electric welding, and control gas flame or electric current regulation valves via welding rod or electrode according to the selected equipment, to assemble, reinforce, or repair parts or assemblies. Finish parts by filing, grinding, or sanding. Store electrodes in ovens at appropriate temperature and dwell time to ensure optimal preservation. Measure parts using specialized tools to ensure welding and assembly meet specifications. **FUNCTIONAL SKILLS** Manual dexterity, teamwork **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES** High school diploma preferred; Relevant experience and technical drawing interpretation skills preferred **ATTITUDES** Punctuality, attendance, and adherence to company regulations.
