**Job Requirements:**
* Responsible for implementing, validating, and maintaining digital tracking structures across digital environments, ensuring data quality and consistency.
* Manage and configure Web Analytics and tagging tools, supporting the definition of measurement plans and data architecture.
* Conduct implementation audits and diagnostics to identify data collection failures, parameter inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
* Develop analyses and reports from navigation, behavioral, and conversion data—translating data into actionable insights for various departments.
* Support media, technology, product, and communications teams in defining metrics, events, and strategic KPIs.
* Monitor digital performance indicators, user behavior, and conversion journeys across websites, apps, and campaigns.
* Ensure best practices in tracking governance, standardization, and documentation—including taxonomies and campaign parameters.
**Qualifications:**
**Academic Background:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
**Technical Requirements:**
* Advanced knowledge of Web Analytics and digital measurement.
* Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4\).
* Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
* Knowledge of tracking architecture, events, UTM parameters, and dataLayer.
* Basic knowledge of JavaScript and tag/event inspection.
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
* Knowledge of data extraction, processing, and organization.
* Experience analyzing user behavior and user journeys.
* Basic understanding of digital media and performance metrics.
* Experience with media platforms and conversion pixels (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is desirable.
* Experience working in multi-stakeholder digital environments (media, technology, BI, customer service) is desirable.
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio is desirable.
Desirable Knowledge and Experience
* Prior experience in BI, Analytics, or Digital Performance teams.
* Experience implementing tracking on websites, landing pages, and applications.
* Hands-on experience with data QA and measurement audits.
* Familiarity with digital monitoring and analytics tools.
