Job Summary: A professional responsible for programming and optimizing routes, issuing documents, monitoring execution, and ensuring deadlines, thereby guaranteeing operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Efficiently program and optimize routes. 2. Monitor and adjust routes in real time. 3. Support drivers and ensure pickup and delivery deadlines. **Job Mission:** Ensure that all shared pickups provided by the customer are scheduled and/or rescheduled within established deadlines, thereby guaranteeing operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Program and optimize routes; * Issue documents (CT\-e and manifests) and purchase tolls; * Monitor route execution and make real-time adjustments; * Ensure adherence to pickup and delivery deadlines; * Support drivers with operational information; * Use routing systems, TMS, and spreadsheets for analysis and control. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in route programming and/or logistics operations; * Knowledge of routing and logistics networks; * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; * Familiarity with TMS systems or routing software; * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Process orientation; * Respect for internal policies; * Teamwork; * Strong communication and resilience under pressure.
