As a **Technical** **Data Scientist Manager**, your mission will be to own the technical understanding of the problem and share accountability for delivery, acting as the technical focal point for the client while guiding and developing your team’s careers—aiming to add value to the project, client, and team. We need you to have... * Experience leading technical teams in Data Science and AI. * Solid knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence. * Practical experience with **Large Language Models (LLMs)**, including proprietary and open-source models. * Experience developing **AI Agents** using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar. * Knowledge of agent architectures, including planning, tool usage (tool calling), memory, workflow orchestration, and collaborative agents. * Experience building solutions based on **RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation)**. * Knowledge of prompt engineering and evaluation of LLM responses. * Experience with vector databases. * Experience with frameworks for developing LLM applications, such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalents. * Proficiency in Python and AI libraries. * Experience with REST APIs and system integration. * Knowledge of MLOps, model versioning, and AI model monitoring. * Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP). It’s important that you can... * Define solution architecture based on LLMs and intelligent agents. * Design specialized agents for information querying, interpretation, and analysis. * Implement RAG strategies for secure and context-aware technical document retrieval. * Define mechanisms for agent memory, context, planning, and tool usage. * Continuously evaluate LLM performance using metrics such as accuracy, groundedness, relevance, and hallucination. * Lead the evolution of AI architecture by incorporating new models, techniques, and best practices. It would be great if you had... * Experience with **multi\-agent systems**. * Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP). * Experience with LLM evaluation (RAGAS, DeepEval, LangSmith, OpenAI Evals, or similar). * Experience with GraphRAG or Knowledge Graphs. * Knowledge of AI application observability (LangFuse, Arize Phoenix, LangSmith, MLflow). * Hands-on experience with Generative AI projects applied to the Oil \& Gas sector.
