AGCO is seeking a **Specialized Logistics Operator**, responsible for managing internal and external logistics processes, analyzing and controlling KPIs, resolving operational issues, and optimizing domestic transportation processes. The professional will ensure efficiency and quality in logistics operations, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and achievement of organizational goals. **Your Impact** * Manage domestic market carriers, monitoring KPIs such as lead time and delivery quality * Analyze and interpret logistical performance operational data, generating strategic reports. Receive and address logistics-related complaints, aligning with carriers and providing effective solutions * Work on the factory floor to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks related to physical space, team synchronization, and material handling * Coordinate operational adjustments during afternoon/night shifts, ensuring continuity and efficiency of logistics processes * Propose and implement improvements to internal logistics processes, aiming to optimize resources and increase productivity. Ensure clear shift-to-shift information transfer, guaranteeing operational continuity. Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics processes with business needs **Your Experience and Qualifications** * Completed High School; Technical or University degree preferred (in progress or completed) * Experience in operational logistics, with focus on carrier management and KPI analysis * Advanced Excel knowledge and proficiency with logistics management systems (e.g., JDE, WMS, TMS), including data analysis and managerial reporting skills * SAP knowledge, especially modules related to logistics and supply chain * Solid understanding of shipping, picking, and transportation flow processes **Your Workplace** This position is based in Jundiai/SP and requires 100% on-site work.
