**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (44 hours/week) **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers of materials, equipment, and services to achieve cost savings and expedite deliveries; * Procure inputs used in construction projects and building maintenance contracts; * Monitor delivery deadlines and ensure timely supply to operational teams; * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers; * Manage purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation; * Analyze costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses; * Support engineering, administrative, and finance departments in operational requirements; * Track invoices, purchase orders, and deliveries; * Ensure procurement processes comply with the company's internal policies. **Requirements:*** Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in procurement, preferably within engineering, civil construction, or building maintenance companies; * Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, civil construction, and building maintenance materials; * Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills; * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. **Benefits:** R$ 1\.500,00 \- Benefits
