




Description: * Minimum education: completed undergraduate degree; * Advanced Office suite proficiency; * Basic Power BI knowledge; * Project management knowledge, including agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), ceremonies, backlog management, prioritization, and delivery tracking; * Preferred: Yellow Belt and Green Belt certifications, and courses focused on projects/processes. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure project execution and delivery within agreed timelines, guaranteeing alignment with business needs. * Serve as the liaison between Technology, Project Managers (PMs), and Multichannel stakeholders, translating operational requirements into technical specifications. * Ensure stable operation of OMS, TMS, and Super Apps platforms, supporting incident resolution, improvements, and enhancements. * Maintain and optimize dashboards and alerts in the Grafana control tower. * Identify opportunities to improve order flows, delivery processes, and integrations, proposing solutions that increase efficiency and reduce failures. * Monitor multichannel operational KPIs and report project status to leadership. Challenges: * Balance demands from multiple departments, ensuring accurate prioritization and clear communication among stakeholders. * Maintain operational stability of critical platforms (OMS, TMS, Super Apps) even during periods of high demand, such as marketing campaigns and seasonal peaks. * Address complex issues involving integrations, legacy systems, external partners, and multiple technology squads. * Deliver agile outputs in a constantly evolving environment, with continuous enhancement of omnichannel customer journeys. * Transform operational data into actionable insights for decision-making, improving supply chain efficiency and customer experience. 2512180202551925549
