Review the requirements below. **Responsibilities and duties** Analyze, define, and implement data solutions, including responsibility for conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling; ensuring data quality; and supporting corporate data architecture. A senior professional with solid experience in data modeling, SQL, and ETL/ELT pipeline development, capable of owning initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support of robust analytical and enterprise-grade solutions. **Key responsibilities:** * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to data; * Define conceptual, logical, and physical data models for analytical and operational environments; * Develop, maintain, and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and delivery pipelines; * Implement ETL/ELT processes for integration across multiple data sources; * Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and traceability; * Collaborate closely with data architects, data scientists, data engineers, and business units; * Produce technical and functional documentation for data flows; * Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements in loading and transformation processes; * Support the definition of organizational data standards, best practices, and data architecture. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements** **Data Modeling:** * Strong expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling; * Experience with dimensional modeling (Star Schema and Snowflake); * Knowledge of modeling for Data Warehouse, Data Mart, and Data Lake. **Databases:** * Advanced SQL experience. **Relational database knowledge:** * SQL Server; * Oracle; * PostgreSQL; * MySQL. **Pipeline Development:** * Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines; * Knowledge of batch and streaming data processing; * Implementation of integrations across diverse data sources, APIs, and enterprise systems; * Data quality handling, enrichment, and transformation. **Tools and Technologies:** * Git and version control practices. **Programming Languages:** * Python (preferred); * SQL. **Cloud and Data Architecture:** * Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform); * Familiarity with Data Lakehouse architecture; * Understanding of Dimensional Modeling concepts (Data Warehouse and Data Marts); * Integration of analytical solutions and BI platforms. **Desirable Competencies:** * Experience with Power BI; * Knowledge of CI/CD for data solutions; * Experience with deployment automation and infrastructure-as-code; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical and systemic mindset; * Ability to solve complex problems; * Clear communication with both technical and business stakeholders; * Proactivity and autonomy; * Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities for junior professionals; * Organization and focus on data quality and governance. **Required Experience:** * Minimum of 4 years of experience in systems analysis, data engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in corporate data modeling projects; * Participation in large-scale data pipeline development and maintenance projects; * Hands-on experience in modern data environments (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Lakehouse). **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. **Additional information** Contract type: * PJ (Individual Contractor).
