Participation in and organization of cycling events and group rides **Job Code:** 3071 **Positions Available:** 1 **Segment:** RhMais Talentos in partnership with a retail company specializing in bicycles and tricycles; parts and accessories **City:** Campinas/SP **Salary:** 2\.000,00 **Benefits:** Commission (2% on sales), Transportation allowance, Cost-of-living allowance (R$ 500.00/month), Training provided by the company, Coverage of event participation expenses (transportation, meals, and support) **Responsibilities:** **Provide consultative customer service;** Sell bicycles, accessories, and equipment; **Actively acquire customers (not solely rely on passive in-store traffic);** Build and develop relationships with cyclists and cycling communities; **Participate in and organize group rides, events, and customer activities;** Support store organization and product display; **Monitor market trends and reinforce brand presence.** **Requirements:** Reside in the Campinas–SP region, with easy access to Cambuí; Completed elementary education; **Experience in the bicycle industry, sales in similar sectors, or practical experience as a cyclist;** Availability to participate in events and group rides (including weekends, with time-off compensation or remuneration); **Consultative sales skills;** Knowledge of bicycles, accessories, equipment, mountain bikes, and/or e-bikes; **Involvement in cycling communities, groups, or events (Intermediate level);** Communication skills, professional demeanor, proactivity, organizational ability, interpersonal aptitude, ease in building connections, strong writing and speaking skills **Note:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00 (1-hour break); Saturday, 09:00–14:00 Payment: R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
