Sales Agent – Home Office | ELP English Learners Proficiency (ELP) is seeking professionals interested in working remotely in the sales area, presenting and selling the VIVA Method — an English program focused on communication and real-life daily situations. About the opportunity The professional will be responsible for attending to individuals interested in the program, understanding their needs, presenting the solution, and following up on the sales process. Key responsibilities Attend potential customers via digital channels; Present information about the VIVA Method; Identify the needs and goals of interested individuals; Clarify doubts regarding the program; Follow up on contacts; Conduct negotiations and close sales; Record and track all interactions. Ideal candidate profile We are looking for individuals who have: Strong verbal and written communication skills; Interest in the sales field; Proactivity and organizational skills; Ease in providing online customer service; Commitment to goals and tasks; Willingness to learn and develop sales skills. Experience in sales or customer service is considered a plus but is not mandatory.
