**What we expect from you:** * Completed high school education. * Prior sales experience is considered a plus. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. * Negotiation skills. * Initiative to take action. **Your day-to-day as a Sales Advisor:** * Serve customers and sell products in self-service or semi-assisted departments/families. * Approach customers, listen to them, identify their needs, and manage shelf space. * Present solutions, close sales, and build close relationships with customers. * Assist customers in finding the products they need, along with complementary and supplementary items.
