Contribute to operational continuity and efficiency **Rota Smart** is seeking a **Procurement Analyst** to strategically manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services—ensuring optimal cost\-effectiveness, quality, delivery timelines, and budgetary compliance—thereby directly supporting operational continuity and efficiency. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Receive and analyze internal purchase requisitions * Conduct quotations with approved suppliers * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms * Issue purchase orders in the system * Follow up on deliveries * Verify invoices against issued purchase orders * Register and update supplier information * Manage supply contracts * Support budgetary control * Prepare savings and supplier performance reports ### **✅ Requirements** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in procurement * Knowledge of quotation and negotiation processes * Basic knowledge of Excel * Experience entering purchase orders in a system * **Preferred Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (e.g., Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields) * ERP system experience * Knowledge of cost analysis * Familiarity with budgetary control * Experience managing supply contracts ### **Our Commitment** **Rota Smart** values diversity and believes that diverse teams build better solutions.
