Join us and be part of something extraordinary! **PROJECT SPECIALIST** ====================== Country/Region: BR Location: Itu, São Paulo, BR, 13314\-012 Req ID 86316 \| Itu, Brazil, ZF Automotive Brasil Ltda. **About the Team** ---------------- Responsible for delivering customized onboarding projects for strategic accounts and other initiatives with direct customer impact, ensuring smooth onboarding and rapid value generation aligned with customer/partner objectives. Drive adoption and continuous improvement of project management standards and best practices across the organization, ensuring consistent, high-quality deliveries. **What You Can Expect as a Project Specialist:** Lead and deliver customized onboarding projects for strategic accounts, acting as a telemetry project specialist closely tied to the technology domain. Ensure efficient onboarding and rapid value generation, aligned with customer and partner objectives, leveraging technological solutions and telemetry data. Manage complex technical projects with strong expertise in data integration, ensuring connectivity among systems, platforms, and data sources. Build and lead cross-functional teams (technology, data, product, and business), ensuring alignment with technical requirements, quality, and timelines. Define and implement effective governance frameworks for technology projects, promoting transparency, accountability, and agile decision-making. Lead all project phases (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure), ensuring adherence to project management and technology standards. Ensure clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, maintain up-to-date technical and project documentation, and ensure smooth transition to Customer Success or Account Management. **Your Profile as a Project Specialist:** Experience in a similar role with solid knowledge of project management (planning, scope, resources, and scheduling). Proven experience managing and delivering complex projects while leading cross-functional teams; hands-on experience with telematics projects is a plus. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk mitigation. Independent, quality-oriented work style, with ability to manage projects and teams remotely. Excellent communication skills with customers and partners, fluency in English, and strong affinity with technology/ICT (IT, ERP, communication systems), along with adaptability and resilience.
